Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with original packaging and tags. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Do not send items back without first contacting us. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

• Custom or personalized products

• Beauty or hygiene products

• Gift cards

• Sale items

• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Exchanges

If you want a different item, please return your original item first. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

EU customers – 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, contact us at service@ellanza.com.
